UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times vary depending on destination.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at levelxiofficial@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our printing partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
